Inside Xbox To Showcase Series X Games
Next generation consoles are coming ever closer and Xbox is going to be giving us a fresh look at what we will be playing on their brand-new console next week.
Rumours have been floating around the internet for a couple of weeks now but today Microsoft have finally that we will get to see what their global developers’ partners will be bringing to the Xbox Series X.
Now bear in mind that these will be third party publishers and not first party Xbox games so don’t expect to see Halo Infinite or the reveal of any new Forza Motorsport game. This was further reiterated by Microsoft’s Aaron Greenburg who states that this will showcase partners gameplay and that their ‘Xbox Game Studios teams are hard at work on some big summer plans’.
With E3 not taking place this year, I would expect to start seeing any major games we would typically see on the Microsoft stage being showcased during this Inside Xbox especially with a weeks work of build up to this stream. Ubisoft have already confirmed we will see the first gameplay from the recently revealed Assassins Creed Valhalla debuted during the show which surely sets the tone for how significant this event may end up being.
Publishers such as Warner Bros. EA, 2K and CD Projekt could all feature as well as countless smaller developers as they look to plant their flag in the next generation battleground.
Inside Xbox will debut next Thursday, May 7th at 8am PT / 4pm BST so be sure to catch it on Xbox social channels or check back here after the stream for all the latest information.
