The next Assassins Creed game has apparently leaked via a keychain and will be called Assassins Creed Odyssey.

Reports have been backed up by Kotaku who claim to have had similar information from their sources. They elaborated on the claims by outlining that the game will be set in Ancient Greece and will see the RPG elements of Origins expanded on as well as the introduction of dialogue options.

Current reports claim the game will be released during Ubisoft’s 2019 fiscal year which ends March 31st 2019. It is unclear however if this game will be released later this year, in the normal Assassins Creed schedule, or early 2019.

If these leaks are true then its almost a given that we will see it released at this years E3 with either an announcement trailer on Microsofts stage or during Ubisoft’s own show on June 11th.

For now head to Kotaku to see their original article and follow our E3 coverage to see if the game is announced this year.
